Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm. We are closed on all Public Holidays.
For further assistance afterhours, you can contact Queensland Health on 13 432 584, qualified staff will give you advice on who to talk to and how quickly you should do it.
Alternatively you can head to the Metro North Health Virtual Emergency Department (ED) that can help you avoid waiting hours in a busy Emergency Department. Visit https://metronorth.health.qld.gov.au/hospitals-services/virtual-ed The Virtual ED is open Monday to Friday: 8AM to 10PM and Saturday and Sunday: 8AM to 10PM. If you have a life-threatening condition or require urgent medical help, call 000.
